One passenger in the private Toyota Probox was taken to the hospital in severe condition, while the other six perished right away.
During the collision, the lorry was heading in the opposite direction, while the private vehicle was heading to Kericho.
Several more individuals are also receiving treatment in several hospitals in Kericho town for injuries they allegedly suffered in the collision, ranging in severity.
