In what is thought to be arson, two dorms at Kipsigak Boys High School in Nandi were completely destroyed by fire.
Twelve firefighters and two fire engines from the Nandi county government responded to the scene
It is said that there was an attempt a week earlier to set fire to the same dorms during the night, but the night guards quickly put an end to the plot.
Police continue to look into the event.
