The Premier League club announced on Tuesday that Liverpool had reached an agreement to sign Giorgi Mamardashvili, the goalkeeper from Valencia, who will join Anfield before to the start of the upcoming season.
The 23-year-old will play out the rest of the current season with the LaLiga team, where he has made 102 appearances, before transferring to Merseyside the following summer. His transfer is pending a work permit and international clearance.
The deal was estimated by British media to be valued approximately 30 million pounds, or $39.77 million.
