Nakuru detectives are looking into the death of a 22-year-old college student who was allegedly pushed out of a moving car and succumbed to the injuries incurred.
Eileen Cherotich, a Rift Valley Institute of Science Technology business student, reportedly died on her way home after spending the night out in Nakuru town.
It is reported that the horrifying incident occurred as a result of an argument she had with her boyfriend on the way home.
At the Nakuru West police station, three people as well as a car that may have been involved in the event are being held.
In an effort to seek justice for their fallen colleague, college students blocked the Nakuru-Eldoret Highway on Sunday.
As the investigation progresses, the deceased’s body was transferred to the mortuary of the Nakuru County Referral Hospital for a post-mortem.
