According to the Kenya Meteorological Department’s weekly weather report, this week will be mostly dry across much of the nation.
Based to the seven-day forecasting, which runs from January 30 to February 5, some areas, like the Coast, could have extremely high daytime temperatures.
Nonetheless, light to moderate rainfall is anticipated in a few locations inside the South Rift Valley, the Lake Victoria Basin, the Highlands East and West of the Rift Valley, the South-Eastern Lowlands, and the Coast.

According to the forecast, counties in northeastern Kenya will experience partly cloudy nights and sunny days.
Among them are Isiolo, Marsabit, Mandera, Wajir, and Garissa.
During the second half of the forecast period, these counties will get light morning rains as well as afternoon and nighttime showers over a few locations.
It is predicted that during that time, Garissa would reach 38 degrees Celsius, Mandera will reach 37 degrees, and Moyale will reach 34 degrees.
It is anticipated that mild to moderate morning, afternoon, and nighttime showers would be observed in a few locations over the Coast counties of Mombasa, Tana-River, Kilifi, Lamu, and Kwale.
Voi, Msabaha, and Mombasa will see temperatures of 35 degrees Celsius throughout the expected time, while Lamu and Mtwapa will experience 34 degrees.
There will be sunny days and partly cloudy nights in the Turkana and Samburu counties in northwest Kenya.
Lodwar will see daytime highs of up to 39 degrees Celsius and nighttime lows of 23 degrees Celsius throughout the forecast period.
According to the forecasting, the morning will be sunny in Kisii, Nyamira, Nandi, Kericho, Bomet, Kakamega, Vihiga, Bungoma, Siaya, Kisumu, Homabay, Busia, Migori, Narok, Baringo, Nakuru, Trans-Nzoia, Uasin-Gishu, Elgeyo-Marakwet, and West-Pokot counties.
It is expected that Eldoret, Kakamega, Kisumu, Nakuru, and Kericho will experience temperatures as high as 25, 27, 30, 29, and 31 degrees Celsius, respectively.
There will occasionally be cloudiness in the morning in Nairobi and neighboring counties in the Highlands East of the Rift Valley, such as Nyandarua, Laikipia, Nyeri, Kirinyaga, Murang’a, Kiambu, Meru, Embu, and Tharaka-Nithi.
After that, sunny intervals are predicted, with the possibility of light to moderate afternoon and evening showers in certain areas.
Nyahururu’s nighttime low is predicted to be merely 07 degrees Celsius, while Nairobi’s daytime high will reach 28 degrees Celsius.
The temperature is predicted to plummet to as low as 8 degrees Celsius in Laikipia, Thika, and Ngong, respectively, with readings of 30, 28, and 26 degrees Celsius in each location.
There will be light to moderate morning rainfall in the Southeastern lowlands counties of Machakos, Kitui, Makueni, Kajiado, and Taita-Taveta, along with afternoon and nighttime showers in certain locations.
