A simple recipe to make is spaghetti with minced beef.
Another name for the meat-and-spaghetti combination is bolognese, which may also include some vegetables.
This cuisine originates in Italy, a region known for producing a wide variety of pasta dishes.
Even without spaghetti, you may make a Bolognese by adding bacon and noodles.
To suit your preferences and give each dish a distinct flavor, you can still make them separately.
Ingredients:
- 1 packet of spaghetti(250 gm)
- Tomato Paste (25 gm)
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 tablespoon of Oregano
- ½ tablespoon of Black pepper
- 1 onion
- 3 tomatoes
- ½ kg of minced meat
- Cooking oil
- Salt
How to make spaghetti and minced meat
First Step
Bring water to a boil for seven minutes.
Break a few pieces of spaghetti in half. Add to the pot of boiling water.
After 4 more minutes of boiling, remove the water and let the spaghetti cool.
Step Two
Chop the veggies and place in a pan over medium heat. Add in 4 Tbsp of cooking oil.
Step Three
Add the garlic and sauté the onions until they turn brown. Then, add the minced meat and season with ½ tablespoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon paprika, and 1 tablespoon oregano.
Make sure you sauté the meat for around 15 minutes, or until it turns brown.
Step Four
Toss in the fried minced meat and blend to a thick pulp. Add the tomato paste and mix well to make a thick soup.
Simmer it until it’s cooked through.
Step Five
Serve the spaghetti and minced meat hot and enjoy.
